Smart Tap Pro is a service operated by Righetti Productions LLC (“Smart Tap Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Smart Tap Pro services, including Smart Tap Pro-powered pages, QR codes, NFC-enabled signs, appointment features, forms, and SMS messaging services.
Smart Tap Pro provides digital tools that allow participating businesses to connect with customers through QR codes, NFC technology, business pages, appointment features, customer communication tools, reviews, promotions, and other digital services.
When a user provides a mobile phone number through a Smart Tap Pro-powered form, the user may separately choose whether to consent to informational/transactional SMS messages and whether to consent to marketing/promotional SMS messages.
Informational/transactional consent and marketing/promotional consent are separate and independent choices. Selecting one consent option does not select or authorize the other.

Informational/transactional consent does not authorize marketing or promotional messages. Marketing/promotional messages require the separate marketing consent option.
Consent must be provided affirmatively and is not assumed merely because a customer provides a telephone number.
